Feeling anxious is a common experience. I see many clients who want to make a decision but are paralysed by thoughts of what might go wrong and feel stuck, confused and scared.
And they end up doing nothing because the fear of making a mistake is overwhelming.
Anxiety often…. looks like procrastination and it’s a symptom of what we are doing with our creative thought energy.
When you feel worried, anxious or fearful of an outcome (that may never happen) you are sending your manifestation energy to an imagined negative future.
And you’re unintentionally creating a future you DON’T want by repeating thoughts and images of your worst case scenario.
But you can change it simply and quickly once you see what you’ve been doing that isn’t working. The beauty of being human is we have a choice about where we direct our attention.
